Use a long piece of 2x4 to clamp the top edge of the sheet against the top rail of the chassis. Fit the nosecone temporarily to make sure the wired edge lines up with it's trailing edge. Adjust the position of the aluminium till satisfied, then remove the nosecone. Use a soft hammer to fold the top edge over, trimming around any chassis brackets in the way. Mark the edge of the aluminium on the top chassis rail, remove and trim to size. Refit the nosecone to verify the position.
