Mark a pencil line inside from the rear crease to the middle of the marked curve at the lower front. The wired edge can be bent with the fingers to start the curve, then the quarter can be bent over your knee to finish the curve, following the pencil line. Offer the panel up to the chassis around the nosecone many times to check the progress. Once the curve is close, use 2x4s to clamp the panel at the top, rear edge and lower edge to follow the profile of the nosecone. Use a soft hammer to shape the bottom wired edge to the nosecone profile, as well as fold the bottom leading edge around the lower L chassis member. It may be necessary to trim the panel slightly at this point to fit. Mark the panel at the bottom and trailing edge, for trimming, remove and trim.
